Have you referred to Kapil.Arya`s suggestion to delete the winsock registry key and reinstall the TCP/IP protocol again? Have you tried to run "netsh winsock reset" to reset the winsock? Are you using any third party VPN software?Īre there any error messages recorded in the Event Viewer(Windows Logs\Applications ,System or Applications and Services\Microsoft\Windows\Wired-Autoconfig ,wireless-Autoconfig)?Īccording to the error messages, we could try to use process monitor to capture the missing entry(filter "not found" error).
